ABOUT ABOUT

"Jennifer Grimm Sings Garland" is an energetic, uplifting concert celebrating Judy Garland’s music and showmanship with such joyful integrity that the Judy Garland Museum™️ selected Grimm and her show to perform at the 100th Birthday Celebration of Judy Garland. Join Jennifer and her 11-piece band as she sweetly sails through Garland classics such as “You Made Me Love You,” “Zing! Went the Strings of My Heart” and, of course, “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.”

Both Grimm and Garland were born in Minnesota to vaudeville families, bringing command and charisma to the stage as only lifelong entertainers can. Although they were born over a half a century apart, the sentimental sounds of the Judy Garland era seem to be a perfect fit for Grimm’s well-known versatility and ability to bring powerful vocals to the showstopping numbers as well as an intimate tenderness to Garland’s ballads that will leave a lump in your throat.

Jennifer Grimm will be accompanied by 11 of the the Midwest’s top musicians including Dan Chouinard on piano, Gary Raynor on upright bass and Kenni Holmen on lead tenor saxophone.

Come hear the music, feel the joy and experience this iconic star of stage and screen. You will be spellbound!
